Refund policy

Opal Delights wants you to be 100% satisfied with every purchase you make.  Opal Delights accepts returns within 30 days of purchase.  All returns are accepted for in store credit only and will be charged a 5% restocking fee.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping and please be sure to insure your package for its purchased value, as broken returned items will not be accepted.  Some items may be listed as "final sale" and may not be eligible for returns, but such items will be clearly marked.  Any shipping from Opal Delights to the customer will be covered by Opal Delights and any order over $100 will be insured.  If you ever have any questions about your order, feel free to contact me by email: ben@opaldelights.com.
